| Hi - when posting your message, above the box where you write your text is a small icon with two mountains and a sun (hover your mouse above this and it should say insert image). Click on this and then you can either browse for an image saved on your computer, or enter the URL of an image hosted online (on flickr.com for example). Hope this helps - good luck!
